L’Oreal: Garnier Nutrisse – Loyalty Programme

What did L’Oreal want to achieve?

L’Oreal wanted to create a long-term loyalty programme to reward their customers.

How did we inspire them?

We offered a Germany-wide points-based loyalty programme. Customers collect loyalty points by buying Nutrisse promotional products which can be redeemed via our promotional website. Depending on their points balance, customers can choose between a range of free beauty treatments or a free six-month subscription of Grazia magazine. Our service team books an individual treatment for every customer and provides the voucher or arranges the delivery of the magazine. As a long-term project, the promotion started on the 1st of March and will run until the 31st of December.


Already in the first weeks of the promotion, L’Oreal has seen an influx of customers set up a loyalty account and redeem a beauty award with one of our partners, or received Grazia free to their doorstep.
