We are incredibly proud to announce our recent achievement- winning the Manchester Evening News Business of the Year award within our category. This win is the direct result of the team’s hard work and the growth we have experienced in the last five years.
Going from a two-man business in a small office to a network of homeworking agents and a 85 strong head office team is something we are incredibly proud of. We have recently undertaken an extensive re-brand and expanded our services in a global expansion securing our best financial results to date.
We have refreshed our travel booking website, where customers can book travel, accommodation, care hire, transfers, trips and excursions. We have trained our staff and expanded our portfolio to ensure that packages can be tailored to suit customers’ exact requirements.
Our recent growth has seen success in Germany, Russia, Ukraine, UAE and Saudi. We have also opened new offices in Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, and changed from an in-house call centre to homeworking agents to improve the customer experience. We cannot wait to see what the future will bring!
