What did NIVEA want to achieve?
To increase sales and reward purchase by providing NIVEA customers in Austria with lots of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy during the summer months.
Last year, Inspire delivered a campaign for NIVEA Austria, entitling customers to claim a free family activity as a reward for purchasing select NIVEA products. Due to the success of the campaign, NIVEA opted to repeat this high perceived, added value proposition.
The campaign targets families with young children and encourages them to enjoy the summer and spend time outside with their loved ones. Inspire garnered a wide range of activity providers and partners to ensure that all NIVEA customers were catered for and considered – no matter where they lived, their family preferences or the affordability of their great day out.
The range of hand-picked venues on offer also ensures every family can opt for an activity which suits different ages and skills within the family unit.
Many of the activity providers opted to contract with Inspire and NIVEA for a second campaign, having experienced high levels of take up during the previous year and also because of the smooth running and management of the campaign.
To keep it fresh and exciting, Inspire also recruited a variety of new activity partners.
Partners genuinely appreciated being approached in their native language plus each received a webpage and listing showcasing the venue at the supporting promotional website. Activity partners also have access to a helpline and dedicated team who are available to assist and advice regarding campaign and customer queries.
