  • Vivo is a Brazilian telecommunications group, a brand of Telefônica Brasil, a subsidiary of Telefônica.
  • It is the largest telecommunications company in Brazil and sells both mobile phone and home broadband packages.
  • In April 2012, all Telefônica services were rebranded to Vivo, using the strategy of unifying all its services in one unique brand.
  • Dotz is the fastest growing coalition loyalty program in Brazil and works with Vivo as well as with other big household names, such as Banco do Brasil and Walmart.

 

Objective

Increase the number of installed Vivo broadband home packages;

 

Strategy

We created a Free Flight campaign where each customer who sign up to the promoted broadband products during the promotion period automatically qualify for a return flight voucher. The voucher could be redeemed through the branded campaign website.
